Zurab Tsetskhladze received a Ph.D. degree in Molecular Biology from the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biophysics, Georgian Academy of Sciences (2006). He completed a training course in molecular biology and molecular genetics at Pennsylvania State University, USA (2007-13). Mr. Tsetskhladze was a Research Scientist at the Division of Fundamental Genomics, Institute of Molecular Biology and Biophysics (2006-07). He was also a Head of the Center for Research of Aquaculture Technologies (2014-15). In 2012, he was the finalist of Charles J. Epstein Trainee project for the “Excellence in Human Genetics Research." Mr. Tsetskhladze is a member of the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (since 2010) and that of American Society of Human Genetics (since 2012). He has co-authored up to ten publications and participated in many local and international conferences and training.
